I love Roland Blum as a sort of force (/god?) of chaos (rather than real evil), and I love how good a match he has in Marissa. I love the idea of Peter Vincent just showing up in Broadchurch, and Alec (and Ellie?) having to deal with him. Maybe during the course of an investigation? But if you have a different idea, go for it! I'd like a happy ending in the sense that nobody is miserable, but it doesn't have to involve Peter and Alec getting together in a long-term relationship kind of way.

This show is such a joy, omg. So fun, and so full of sometimes far-too-relatable feelings... And also so intriguing to me, in all the big and small ways these characters are different from the actors behind them, and the differences in their world that implies... I'd love any kind of look at what they're like, what they are to each other, and how they got to where they are. How did David and Michael build their friendship, when they clash so often? What does that friendship look like in a non-lockdown world? What does Simon being competent look like? And where are they going from here? But I'd equally love something that's just good old fun and bantery! The prompts here are only a few suggestions. I've seen the extended episodes, so you're welcome to include anything from them.

Why do I love this dumb panel show so so much?? Honestly no idea, though it's probably to do with the three delightful people I've requested here. They give the show such a positive, fun (and gay) atmosphere, and they always seem like they genuinely like each other. I'd love more of that, in any form. Humor is great, but more serious themes are also welcome. I don't ship anyone here and am requesting gen, but I'm fine with flirting, attraction, etc. – I just don't want actual relationships or serious pining.

Sara Deever/Nelson Moss:

For this ship, I'd really love anything set within their November together. A quirky moment, a soft and sweet moment, even a bittersweet or sad moment. I love them and their love.

One option I'd love is Sara's perspective on any scene as the movie centered us on Nelson. She had to have known she was getting toward the end of her year. Was Nelson an easy or difficult choice? Did she only know she was in love with him after he fell in love with her, or had she known for a while? What was her favorite part of her month together?

Any kind of missing scene works too. Further zany capers or any other of Sara's tasks to pull Nelson of his comfort zone; moments of physical affection from cuddling in bed and comforting hugs through heated makeouts and sex; other days at the beach or out shopping; playing with Ernie or any of the other dogs; quiet hours spent soaking in the bath; shared meals and cooking together.

If you want to include sex, I prefer more vanilla to kinky and more focused on the emotions involved than the specific actions taking place.

Nelson Moss & Abner's Mother :

When Abner asks Nelson to adopt him, I'd harbored hope that Nelson would meet Abner's mom at some point and help her out. Whether that's striking up a true friendship or just doing some house chores or paying off some of their bills. Anything that gives her a little more downtime to spend with Abner. She's clearly a good single parent trying her best who deserves a break.

I'd also like a fic where Nelson introduces himself to Abner's mom, just to let her know who he is. Abner had to have mentioned Nelson to his mom at some point and in her place I’d worry about some random adult hanging out with my son.

Abner & Nelson Moss and/or Abner & Sara Deever:

I'm also here for all things Abner. All the way from Sara first meeting him pre-canon through to post-canon and beyond. How did Sara and Abner come across each other? What let Sara know Abner was special and what drew Abner to her? Abner clearly met a few of Sara's men of the month, did Abner have strong opinions about any of the others? Does Sara say goodbye to Abner before leaving? Does Nelson continue to visit Abner even after Sara is gone? I like to hope that he does and that Abner isn't losing both of these significant adults in his life at the same time. But if that feels unrealistic to you then you can stick to writing a scene set during canon instead and I'll love it just as much. There is plenty of that November that got montaged past.

Halloween celebrations for the Frome-McIntyre family! What are each of the kids’ wearing? Do Iggy and Martin do costumes? Are some of the kids more into spooky stuff than the others? Do they do ghost stories? Do they deck out their house with lots of decorations or they more low-key?

If opting for the spooky tag for this particular ship, please make it a friendly supernatural element. Terrified kids are very much not my jam and these kids have already been through a lot. I wanted to opt in largely because this fandom has ghosts already and I like the thought of the kids receiving visits from their biological parents in ghost/angel form. I'd also enjoy an au where magic is real and leads to fun adventures, or 'monsters are real AU' so long as the monsters are funny/silly/kind.

Ella's Cat & Vijay Kapoor:

Let me start this request by saying you can absolutely add other characters to this request if you need them including Ella and the baby. I just have this vision of Vijay slowly warming to his furry houseguest in spite of his worries. Maybe Ella's gone out and he takes his duties as catsitter very seriously. Or Vijay and Kitty end up with candy duty on Halloween and the cat charms all the neighborhood children. Or perhaps the cat saves Vijay from something that goes bump in the night, whether the source of his fear is real or imagined. They can totally defeat a real supernatural threat together as well, just don't hurt the kitty.

Iggy Frome & Vijay Kapoor:

I feel like Iggy is likely to embrace Halloween. A holiday centered on fun and games where junk food eating is encouraged sounds very up his alley. Meanwhile Vijay is far too superstitious and religious to be a fan. If he's already spooked by black cats, I imagine most of a supernatural is a no.

So I'm here for anything featuring the two of them and their clashing perspectives. Does New Amsterdam have a Halloween party and Iggy tries to urge Vijay to attend? Are one or both of treating a medium/psychic/fortune teller and are divided on the legitimacy of the patient's powers? Or a plot where one of them believes their latest patient is a supernatural creature (fairy, jinn, warlock, witch, werewolf, vampire, whatever you'd find fun) whether or not they're right.

Perhaps they run afoul of a curse or ghost or goblin at night somewhere in New Amsterdam and work together to resolve the problem.

I'm good with playing the supernatural prompts for comedy and friendship, or going more scary and dark, though I'd prefer if it wasn't an utterly bleak and hopeless ending.
